A UX Designer/Developer and Divemaster in Austin, Texas. I began photography at a young age, just experimenting with my father's camera (until I took it apart to see how it worked...I would not suggest doing that), then moved onto shooting for the yearbook in high school and eventually stopped shooting.
In 2007 I wanted to get back to shooting and decided the best way to do that was to get into film, before I went digital, so that I'd have to really focus on good photos and not rely on the ease of seeing my digital image instantly and just trying again if I didn't like it.
I eventually went digital and shot my first wedding in 2009, found that I loved it, so I continued to shoot and second shoot every chance I got. I shoot a documentary style of photography when shooting weddings; trying to really capture those little moments: laughs, looks, tears, emotions; that make the day a once in a lifetime event.
